Reliable protection against overheating
A temperature limiter protects all Miele cylinder vacuum cleaners from overheating. Should the air passage become blocked – for instance by vacuuming up bulky particles – the motor will automatically shut off for safety's sake. After the cause has been removed and the appliance has cooled down, it is ready for use once more.
That is easy on the power supply.
The selected power level is ramped up slowly when Miele vacuum cleaners are switched on. This protects the mains from overload.
Easy emptying with one click
With one simple motion, the dust container can be removed by pulling it upwards and at the touch of a button, the dust can be emptied out of the bottom straight into the waste bin. Emptying is particularly hygienic as no direct contact is made with the dust and the container empties completely.
Automatic self-cleaning function via sensors
Special sensors measure the air throughput of the GORE® CleanStream® fine dust filter and automatically activate the ComfortClean self-cleaning function as needed. To complete this, the appliance switches off for about 20 seconds. The ComfortClean function can also be activated manually. Thus, ComfortClean guarantees consistently high cleaning performance.
Stable mobility in every direction
The Blizzard CX1 is equipped with four castors that can swivel through 360°. This makes it very stable and at the same time versatile and easily manoeuvrable in all directions.
Customized working height for any user
The Comfort telescopic tube with its exclusive Miele design can be intuitively extended to the desired working height and locked into position. The larger diameter increases the air flow volume and thereby facilitates outstanding cleaning results. Small details, such as a rubber coating on the upper end, are very practical. If the tube is leaned against the wall, it does not slide down.

The Miele Blizzard cylinder vacuum cleaner has three high-quality accessories as standard: the upholstery nozzle and crevice nozzle are integrated in the appliance. A dusting brush is integrated in the Eco Comfort handle or is included separately.
Without inconvenient stooping
The cable for all Miele cylinder vacuum cleaners can be rewound easily with a foot control, avoiding bothersome stooping. Compact C2, Complete C3 and Blizzard CX1 vacuum cleaners are also equipped with a touch control function, allowing the entire cable to be rewound at the touch of a button.
For large surfaces
Cable, suction tube and suction hose combine to provide you with an especially large operating radius. This allows convenient vacuuming of even larger rooms without frequently having to switch the power points.

We would normally expect you to receive your order within 2-3 working days, however from time to time we may experience problems outside our control which would delay your order. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery especially in Northern Ireland, Off the mainland UK and some Scottish regions.

It is important to return your product with the form attached to ensure that your return is not delayed upon receipt in our warehouse. Before returning any product, email email@example.com for a RMA number, we will respond via email with you RMA number and any return instructions. Postage fees for any returns are your responsibility.

Up to 14 Days After Purchase
Under the new distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel this contract with Comet Lighting LTD and return your goods for a refund within 14 working days, from the day after you receive the goods.
It is the customer’s statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods whilst in their possession. Therefore, we recommend the goods are returned ‘with’ the original packing in good condition to avoid the products being damaged on their return journey as it is the customer’s responsibility to take care of the goods during the cancellation period.
Please note it is the consumers responsibility to pay for return postage to Comet Lighting Ltd when the goods are not faulty.
You can request to return goods after 14 Days with a restocking fee - however this is at the discretion of our Customer Services team.
A refund for the goods will be made by the same payment method and to the same card that was used to make the purchase. All refunds will be undertaken within 30 days of cancellation.
Please note credit/debit card refund can take 4 working days to clear.
Non faulty goods must be returned at the customers own cost within this period.

All Items sold via Comet Lighting have a one years manufacturers warranty.
With some products the manufacturers would require the customer to contact them directly. In these cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly.
Any goods returned faulty ( within 28 calendar days in original packaging) will be repaired or replaced and sent back to the customer carriage free.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons opened headphones cannot be returned unless faulty.
Any goods returned for credit which are not found to be faulty will be returned to the customer with a minimum £10 carriage and administration charge. You must return the complete package, including accessories to us. Any items that are missing, when the product is returned to us will also be charged for - However this is at the discretion of our Customer Services team.
Title to and risk of loss in your Products will pass to you on delivery of the Products to the address stated in your Order Confirmation.
We understand that boxes need to be opened to inspect the products, however if you do return the items to us, we need to resell them. WE CANNOT REFUND ON SERIOUSLY DAMAGED product boxes that prevent us from reselling the item. Please ensure that you DO NOT WRITE ON ITEM BOXES and DO NOT USE EXCESSIVE TAPE such as duct tape or heavy duty sealing tape.

No complicated list of do's and don’ts, all we ask is that the item is returned unused in the original packaging and that you have taken reasonable care.
Exclusions From The 14 Day Returns Policy
Items not normally stocked such as bespoke, hand made, peronalised with art work such as logos are not eligable for the 14 day return policy. Bulk orders: If you wish to order a large quantity of one product or are wishing to have artwork such as logo's added we are happy to provide a sample before comitting to a large quantity. Once you are happy with the product any orders for bigger quantities will not be eligble for the 14 day returns policy.
After 14 Days
We really want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you do decide after the 14 day period that you would like to return the order, you may still be able to and receive a credit note, this is reviewed on a case by case basis.
Please contact us and we will do all we can to help. A restocking fee may apply if the item has been opened and items that have been used will not be credited. Any credit notes issued must be used within 60 days of issue.
The Boring Bit...
Items being returned must have all their original packaging, along with all accessories received with it, any sealed items must still be sealed and unused. We will refund the cost of your purchase including the delivery charge. However we will not refund the cost of returning any items that are unwanted and if you request a collection this will be deducted from your refund.
We are sorry to say that items returned in a used condition or missing packaging will not be refunded and will be returned to you.
How To Return
To notify us that you wish to return your goods please contact us via telephone or e-mail. Once we receive your request we will send you an email with full details of how and where to return the goods including a returns number, which must be clearly displayed on the packaging.
Returns normally take only a few days to process but please allow up to 10 working days.
